Mapcon Investment is a company that specializes in property development especially in township and peri-urban communities. We do building of new house, renovations of old buildings. We do service offering like painting, waterproofing,

paving and epoxy flooring service.

 Reason for starting this initiative was to bring uniformity to settlements in South Africa. (There is a gap between white communities and black communities) I started this project in 2020.
